SLATE HILL, NY — The Slate Hill Bar and Grill will host an evening of live music December 28 from 7 to 10:30 p.m. in support of the Middletown Warming Station, a safe, overnight place for homeless men and women to stay in the area.

Happy Pair Productions and Liveit!LIVE presents Ellen Kaye performing three sets of sizzling blues, rock and jazz, including songs from her album “Ice Wine...songs for Christmas and dark winter nights.” Musical director Ethan Fein will be on guitar and banjo with local artists Gwen Laster on violin, Damon Banks on bass and John Misiti on guitar.

Liveit!LIVE was created by Ethan Fein, Ellen Kaye and Joel LeFevre, with Alan Joseph. The organization is dedicated to promoting live music in New York and beyond by connecting musicians, venues and audiences in new ways. HappyPair Productions is a collaborative project between Lisa B. and Ellen Kaye, who combine their talents to perform and produce events throughout the tri-state area.

The Middletown Warming Station is a project of the Greater Middletown Interfaith Council. This event is co-sponsored by the Knights of Columbus & Columbiettes Assembly 16365. The bar and grill can be found at 2920 U.S. Rte. 6. For reservations, call 646/584-2387 or email info@liveitlivenyc.org.
