MONTICELLO, NY — There will be a meeting of the Sullivan County Long Term Care Council on Wednesday, August 15, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Legislative Committee Room at the Government Center, 100 North St.

The Long Term Care Council is the advisory board for Sullivan NY Connects, the No Wrong Door/Single Entry Point for information on long term services and supports in Sullivan County. Meetings of the Long Term Care Council are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
