HONESDALE, PA — Local writer Skip Mendler, who writes a column for The River Reporter, will be releasing the first edition of “The Wisdom of Hu Sei Dat,” a book of aphorisms and stories with illustrations by Ray Katz.

The book will be published by Citizens Creative Press, Mendler’s one-person think tank, dedicated to encouraging the development of creativity. The book is currently free at the Citizens Creative website, citizenscreative.wordpress.com.
