GRAHAMSVILLE, NY — The Career & Tech Center of Sullivan County BOCES held its Recognition Ceremony on June 14 for 183 graduating Career & Tech students at the Tri-Valley Central School. The night was filled with smiling faces, cheers, and applause as the graduates made their way across the stage to accept their certificates, awards, and scholarships.
