You can answer these questions by scouring databases that come free with a Western Sullivan Public Library card. The Library is offering free instruction on using resources including HeritageQuest, Ancestry.com, Consumer Reports and more on December 13 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Delaware Free Branch in Callicoon, and December 20 at the same time at the Jeffersonville Branch.
