On February 20, 2012, State Police in Wurtsboro arrested a man for drug charges following a traffic stop on Winterton Road in the Village of Bloomingburg. Brian Kroll, a 40 year old Middletown resident, was stopped by Troopers for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation and found to have a suspended driver's license.
Troopers then found prescription medications that were not in their original container inside the vehicle. Kroll was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree, a misdemeanor, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree, also a misdemeanor. He is to appear in the Village of Bloomingburg Court on 03/13/12.
