HONESDALE, PA — Celebrating its 20th year, the Wayne County Community Foundation (WCCF) recently held its annual reception to award scholarships to deserving Wayne County graduating seniors. In total, the foundation, along with its scholarship partners, presented 40 scholarships of $1,000 each this year.
