Three arrested for Burglary of an occupied residence in Durham

On April 9, 2012 the New York State Police at Catskill report the arrest of the following Greene County residents for the Charge of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a class C Felony: DAVID K. MOORE – age 23 of Catskill,PATRICK HUTCHINGS – age 20 of Cairo,JACOB E. CONNORS – age 22 of Catskill.

The three were arrested by the State Police after an investigation into the burglary of a private residence and the subsequent assault of the home owner which occurred on 04/08/12 in the Town of Durham, Greene County.

DAVID MOORE was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree, a class E Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree, a class A Misdemeanor. The three men were arraigned before Town of Cairo Justice Lee Miller.

DAVID MOORE was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond; and HUTCHINGS and CONNORS were remanded on $10,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond. The State Police were assisted during this investigation by the Village of Catskill Police Department and the Greene County District Attorney Terry Wilhelm.
