EQUINUNK, PA — This year’s last day of tours and sawing at the Joel Hill Sawmill will be on Saturday, October 5 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The mill is also celebrating its annual Cider and Doughnuts Day.
A property of the Equinunk Historical Society, the sawmill runs solely on water power, as it did in the latter part of the 1800s, drawing its water supply from the lake at Duck Harbor. Watch volunteers demonstrate the mill’s operation and tour the mill with a narrator who will explain the process.
Admission is free.

The one- hour service, sponsored by the Upper Delaware Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, will be held at the Narrowsburg Union, Room 102. For directions, visit www.uduuf.org.
