REGION — Ghosts and goblins, fairies and superheros headed out for Halloween in the year of the pandemic. While not the traditional Trick-or-Treat, communities reinvented their traditions for the sake of the children. Among other community events, the Tusten Youth Commission sponsored a riverside Trunk and Treat (pictured left) , while the Lumberland Vol. Fire Department (pictured right) hosted a drive-by celebration.
