HIGHLAND LAKE, NY — The MB ADAPTORS theatre company will offer local audiences an opportunity to view scenes from their current work in progress, “Pulling Strings” on Friday, May 20 through Sunday, May 22. Shows on Friday and Saturday will be at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday will be at 1:30 p.m. The location will be the Highland Lake Yoga and Dance Building at 111 Highland Lake Road. There will be a photo gallery of the company’s repertory productions, appetizers, art for sale and desserts after the show.
“Pulling Strings” is a quirky exploration of the age old question “who is really in control?” Since 2005, the MB ADAPTORS has been running its international Margolis Method Theatre Training Center in Highland Lake and touring its original productions nationally and abroad. In 2008 and 2010, “Cyclopedia” and “In Search of Tonto Blue” saw their world premieres at the Tusten Theatre before leaving on national tour.
Tickets cost $25 and are available in advance only. Email margolismethod@mac.com or call 845/468-0152. Visit www.margolisbrownadaptors.org.
