LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY — On Wednesday afternoon, January 16, the local community college hosted an invitational indoor track and field developmental event “Down in the Bunker” at SUNY Sullivan.

During the event, thin-clads from several area high schools gathered to participate in numerous events to fine-tune their skills in preparation for sectional battles, and hopefully beyond.

The events included dashes, hurdles, distance races, shot put, high jump and relays.

Several of the top distance runners were absent as they were practicing at their respective schools.
