BETHEL, NY — Catskill Distilling Company’s “Most Right Bourbon” was named one of the top 10 bourbons in a competitive tasting of small-batch, single-barrel and special-selection bourbons conducted by a panel of whiskey experts at the request of The New York Times recently. Judges described “Most Righteous Bourbon” as “soft, smooth and straightforward with flavors of maple, mind and honey.” At a cost of $32 for a 375 ml bottle, the 93-proof bourbon was also judged to be the best value among those tasted.
