On Friday November 28th, 2014 Wurtsboro Troopers arrested a Brant Lake woman for Driving While Intoxicated after she was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
Wurtsboro Troopers responded to a Sullivan County 911 poll for a motor vehicle accident on Friday evening. Upon arrival to the scene Troopers located a heavily damaged vehicle and its operator Bridgette Swing, of Lake Brant, near the vehicle. After an investigation and interview of Swing, it was determined Swing was intoxicated and she was arrested.
Swing was transported to Catskill Regional Hospital as a precautionary measure and released to Troopers where she was transported to SP Wurtsboro and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Swing is due to appear in Town of Thompson court at a later date.
