Pennsylvania State Police Hazleton barracks notified the Honesdale Borough Police that on august 26 they arrested, 21 year old Stephanie Godin who had an outstanding warrant from this department. GOodinwas charged by Ptlm. Kominski in May 2011 with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. A Central Court date was scheduled, but GODIN failed to appear, so a bench warrant was issued by MDJ Mikulak.
Godin was brought back to Wayne County and arraigned before MDJ Ronald Edwards. Bail was set at $1000, which Godin could not produce. Godin was committed to the Wayne County Correctional Facility, to await her next Central Court date, which was set for 08/31/2011.
