LIBERTY, NY — The Town of Liberty’s annual Halloween Parade will take place Saturday, October 28. The parade will step off at 12 noon, and marchers and floats will journey down Main Street. Lineup for the parade will begin at 11 a.m. at the municipal parking lot behind the Elks Lodge.
There will be judging of floats and costumes prior to the parade, and awards will be handed out following the parade at the Town of Liberty Parks and Recreation Main Stage on Main Street. Those that walk in the parade and are dressed in costume will be given cookies and cider.
A rain date for the parade is scheduled for Sunday, October 29 with lineup scheduled for 1 p.m., judging at 1:30 p.m. and step-off scheduled for 2:00 p.m.
