LIBERTY, NY — Green Door magazine, a popular quarterly throughout the Catskills and Hudson Valley in upstate New York, announces the publication of the winter issue at an event in Dutchess County. The publication focuses on the benefits of country living in a socially conscious society, and the event brings together local businesses with the Sullivan County-based magazine. The party will be at the bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy, at 6423 Montgomery Street on Rte. 9 in Rhinebeck on January 11 from 5 to 7 p.m.
“Our goal was to highlight the best our community has to offer,” said Akira Ohiso, editor of Green Door. “bluecashew Kitchen Pharmacy was featured in the current issue of Green Door, and these fine businesses reflect the quality and diversity of locally sourced products throughout the Hudson Valley,” he added.
The party features some of Dutchess County’s retailers. Food at the event will be provided by Market St. in Rhinebeck, with wine provided by Clinton Vineyards in Clinton Corners, and Wine Worldwide, Inc. in New Paltz. In addition, some provisions (honey and oil) will be provided by The Olive Table.
