BLOOMINGBURG, NY — On Tuesday, July 21, detectives from the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office arrested Andrew S. Kelly, 24, of Garnerville, NY for the misdemeanor of public lewdness.
It is alleged that on June 17 at about 7:30 p.m., Kelly approached a female pedestrian in the Village of Bloomingburg, asked for directions and then exposed himself. The suspect was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Village of Bloomingburg Court on August 4. Kelly was previously arrested by the state police on June 7 in the Village of Wurtsboro on similar charges. That case is still pending.
