HAWLEY, PA — The fourth annual Foods of the Delaware Highlands Gala will be held on April 30 to benefit the Delaware Highlands Conservancy. The event, held at Hawley’s Settlers Inn, features a five-course farm-to-table dinner and wine tasting followed by live auction led by Sean Strub.
Wine tasting begins at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7:00 p.m. The live auction and raffle cap the celebration during dessert. The auction offers selections such as five days at Chateau Montcaud, Provence, France; a day of sporting clays and lunch at Hudson Farm in Sussex, NJ; and three days at a farmhouse in Italy’s Piedmont and Tuscany. If you are unable to attend the gala but would like to bid on an auction item, visit delawarehighlands.org.
Gala tickets cost $125 per person, which includes a $75 charitable gift to the Delaware Highlands Conservancy, a local land trust serving Pike and Wayne counties in PA and Sullivan and Delaware counties in NY. Email info@delawarehighlands.org or call 570/226-3164.
