MILFORD, PA — The Pike County District Attorney Raymond Tonkin announced the sentencing of Mikhail Charles Kosenkov, age 36, of Shohola, PA to five to 10 years in a state correctional facility and fined $1,000 for the crimes of Delivery of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance and Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance.
Kosenkov sold two bundles of Heroin/Fentanyl to an undercover informant working with the state police along SR 507 in Greene Township on June 16, 2020. During a traffic stop for traveling without headlights along I-84 in Greene Township the night of August 6, 2020, conducted by the state police, Kosenkov and his passenger acted in a nervous manner when asked for their identification. Kosenkov consented to a search of his vehicle which revealed a locked safe that contained 250 bags of Heroin/Fentanyl, 9.8 grams of Methamphetamine and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.
