HONESDALE, PA — Honesdale High School student Nicole Longman was crowned Homecoming Queen on September 28 during half-time ceremonies during a football game between the Honesdale Hornets and Abington Heights Comets.

Longman is the daughter of Michael and Amy Longman of Honesdale. Wayne Highlands School District Superintendent Greg Frigoletto crowned the queen. Vice principal and student advisor John Kretschmer was in charge of the homecoming program.
