HARRISBURG, PA — Former Wayne County Commissioner Jonathan Fritz travelled to Harrisburg this week to be sworn in as a new member of the state House of Representatives to serve a district comprised of large parts of Wayne and Susquehanna counties. The district offices are in Montrose and Honesdale
The swearing-in ceremony for House members was conducted on January 3, at 12 noon.
Fritz served two terms as a Wayne County Commissioner and prior to that he served two terms as mayor of Honesdale. A native of Honesdale, he was the general manager for the New Holland North America, Ag Tractor Division.
