LOCH SHELDRAKE, NY — SUNY Sullivan will host two encore presentations of “The Met: Live in HD” on June 10 and June 24 at 12 noon in the Seelig Theater. The performances are part of the Metropolitan Opera’s award-winning series of live simulcasts.

On Saturday, June 10 at 12 noon, there will be an encore presentation of “Tristan und Isolde,” in a new production by Mariusz Treliński (the director responsible for the 2014–15 season’s double bill of “Iolanta” and “Bluebeard’s Castle”). It will feature a cast of outstanding Wagnerians: Nina Stemme as Isolde, Stuart Skelton as Tristan, Ekaterina Gubanova as Brangäne, and René Pape as King Marke. Sir Simon Rattle will conduct in one of his rare appearances at The Met.

Next will be “Don Giovanni,” on Saturday, June 24, again at 12 noon. Three charismatic singers, Simon Keenlyside, IldarAbdrazakov and MariuszKwiecien, share the role of the title hero, who goes to hell in a dazzling coup de théâtre.

Ticket pricing is $20 (adults); $10 (children 13 and under); $10 (students with valid ID). To order tickets, call the SUNY Sullivan box office at 845/434-5750, extension 4472, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays.
