Cabaret and dessert

HURLEYVILLE, NY — Treat your date to something special. Valentine’s Cabaret and dessert theater this weekend, February 15, 16 and 17 performed by the Sullivan County Dramatic Workshop (SCDW) at the Sullivan County Museum.

The singers promise a mix of songs, including ballads, standards and some “unconventional” love songs. The show begins at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets cost $10, and include dessert and the show.

The cabaret, under the direction of Jim Schmidt and with piano accompaniment by Leon Hilfstein, will feature Zach Gibson of New Paltz, Serena Gildersleeve of Liberty, Joe Kavanaugh of Monticello, Nicole Lavere of Rock Hill, Teri Paris of Parksville, Lynne Porter of Woodbourne, Melanie Raeven of Glen Wild, Rebecca Salerno of Wurtsboro, Amber Schmidt of Hurleyville, Hannah Veety of Forestburgh and John Wombacher of Liberty.
