HONESDALE, PA — There will be a chocolate-making workshop led by Jeff Abella, co-founder of Moka Origins, a chocolate and coffee company located in Honesdale, at The Cooperage on February 17 at 7 p.m. During the hands-on workshop, you’ll learn about Moka’s cocoa farm in Africa, get a little messy making chocolate and get to taste it.
