Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by
the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court in Honesdale on November 7, 2024: 

TARA WILSON, age 52, of Greentown, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Retail Theft.

JODY CURTIS, age 24, of Scranton, PA was sentenced to no less than 13 days nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Criminal Trespass.

JOSEPH CORDARO, age 61, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Secure Execution Documents by Deception.

ROBERT BELL, age 67, of Scranton, PA was sentenced to no less than 125 days (time served) nor more than 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and one count of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting.

GARY HOFFMAN, age 30, of Stroudsburg, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 24 months on one count of DUI-Highest Rate.
BONNIE GUNDERMAN, age 44, of Moscow, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 24 months on one count of Retail Theft – Under Ring.

CHRISTOPHER DEXHEIMER, age 21, of Carbondale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Criminal Mischief-Damage Property and one count of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting.
