HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County Area Agency on Aging welcomes area seniors to join our monthly support groups. The meetings will be held at the Earl J. Simons Senior Center, 323 10th St., on the third Wednesday of the month for the Caregiver’s Support Group and the second and fourth Wednesdays for the Grief Support Group.

Each meeting will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

The Caregiver’s Support meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 17, and the Grief Support meetings will be held on Wednesday, June 24.

Attendees are asked to RSVP to either meeting. The group meetings are informal, but informational. The volunteer facilitators are experienced and understanding.

“Our hope is that you find comfort, share ideas and form connections with others in a similar situation,” the agency says in a press release.
