Webinar to cover effective engagement techniques

ONLINE — To help agriculture professionals who are beginning their journey in agricultural conservation, the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training, administered by Penn State Extension, is holding a webinar, titled “Conservation Cornerstone: Effective Engagement Techniques,” from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29.

The webinar is aimed at newer conservation district employees, agricultural conservation professionals and individuals associated with the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program or other conservation financial assistance programs.

The session will examine the data of effective and ineffective outreach practices from the Chesapeake Bay watershed and beyond.

Penn State Extension offers this event at no charge, but registration by Monday, April 28 is required to receive the access link the webinar. A link to the recorded webinar will be emailed to registrants within 10 business days after the live event.
