I chose this quote this week because I have been musing on validation: the act of confirming the reality of others and making a connection in doing so.

Additionally, I am musing on self validation and becoming a bit more appreciative of the many parts of ourselves that are all functioning in concert or chaos with each other.

And speaking of validation, this 16-minute film, "Validation" by Kurt Keunne always puts a smile on my face.
