“Tim Dymond for Sullivan County Sheriff.”
I assume you have seen or heard this by now. I may suggest to him that he change it to “The Very Best for Sullivan County.”
I have known Tim and his family since he was a young boy. I was one of his high school teachers. I have watched him work hard, learn, grow and attain goals. But most importantly, I’ve witnessed his unrelenting passion to make the world around him a better and safer place.
Tim chose to go into law enforcement, not to lord power over others, but to serve and protect. He has never taken that motto lightly. It is his calling. He fought crime in New York City, Sullivan County, and statewide as the President of the New York State Police Investigators Association—a position from which he retired earlier this year.
After such a challenging, stressful and dangerous career, you would think he would just want to relax, sit on the deck, sip some coffee, and let his successors worry about criminal activity in New York. Not Tim! He left one challenge, only to embrace another. Tim’s passion cannot be quelled. His love and concern for Sullivan County and its residents are genuine and lifelong.
Our nation is experiencing extreme political division right now, but I know this: Tim is here to work for and protect EVERY law-abiding citizen of Sullivan County. He wants safety and prosperity for all. He wants to purge the corruption. His desire to serve as Sullivan Co. Sheriff is not about politics or power—it is about service, protection and justice. He is a man of integrity and a role model that all law enforcement figures should follow.
Regardless of your political leanings, please consider Tim Dymond for Sullivan County Sheriff. A vote for Tim is a vote for a brighter future.
