HONESDALE—Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on May 29, 2025:

WILLIAM MITCHELL, age 35, of Camp Hill, PA was sentenced to no less than three (3) months nor more than six (6) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Dui- Highest Rate of Alcohol- 1st Offense.

CHARLES WILLIAMS JR, age 53, of Greeley, PA was placed on Probation for a period of six (6) months on one count of DUI- Controlled Substance.

ANTHONY RYAN, age 44, Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than two (2) months nor more than thirty (30) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by Probation for a period of twenty-four (24) months on one count of Identity Theft and one count of False Reports to Law Enforcement Authorities.

JOEL HAMPTON, age 40, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to no less than one (1) month nor more than six (6) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI.

KRYSTAL AMUNDSON, age 37, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than one hundred and forty-eight (148) days nor more than eighteen (18) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Disorderly Conduct and one count of Simple Assault.

CODY PEARSALL, age 19, of Blakely, PA was sentenced to no less than three (3) months nor more than twenty-three and one half (23 ½) months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Child Pornography and one count of Criminal Use of Communication Facility.

RASHEL SHIHINSKI, age 33, Dickson City, PA was placed on Probation for a period of six (6) months on one count of DUI.
