On Friday of this past week, Senate Democrats had the opportunity to oppose the harm and chaos spread by Trump, Musk and their loyal cult of followers in Congress.  Chuck Schumer blew it at the last minute and got enough Democrats to pass the Republicans’ funding bill without even demanding something in return. Schumer is not the leader we desperately need.  He must step down.
