Otto Scharmer, of the Presencing Institute, has coined the phrase the social soil. 

For as much as we all understand that the biosphere.keeps our environment healthy, enhancing the social soil keeps our relationships and our connections healthy.

The most important element of the social soil, Schaarmer says, is the quality of human attention and intention.

Hence, it's a direct correlation that we repeat what we sow.
