MILFORD — Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the arrest of a Westfall Township man on charges of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse materials on April 25, 2025. Investigators from the District Attorney's office charged Christopher Wirth, age 27, of Westfall Township with dissemination of photographs and film of child sex acts, and child pornography, both Felonies.
According to the affidavit of probable cause supporting the charges, Detectives at the District Attorney's Office received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that child sexual abuse material had been uploaded from an internet account. After investigation, detectives obtained a search warrant for Wirth's residence in Westfall Township. Wirth admitted sending the video of child pornography to investigators so he would be able to gain admission into another online chat room.
Wirth was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Cristin Cavallaro who set bail at $150,000.00. Wirth is scheduled for an appearance in Pike County Central Court on May 6th, 2025.
