DINGMANS FERRY, PA — While the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) is known for hiking trails and environmental education field trips, PEEC is also becoming renowned for its community dinners, the education center said.
PEEC’s director of dining services, Dave Tojeira, has another unique menu planned for the Wild Game Dinner, scheduled for Saturday, November 14.
Seated at large tables in PEEC’s glass-walled dining hall and served family-style, dinner attendees will be offered a variety of game meats in dishes such as sweet-and-sour duck wings, rabbit tortilla soup, and pan-seared garlic and herb elk rib chop.
Seating is limited and registration is open via PEEC’s website.
For more information, visit www.PEEC.org, call PEEC at 570/828-2319, or email peec@peec.org.
