MONTICELLO, NY — Protesters gathered in Monticello on Saturday, March 28 as part of No Kings Day, a nationwide day of action protesting against the Trump administration.
Organizer Anne Hart told Radio Catskill prior to the event that the rally planned to unite people around rising costs and to amplify community concerns. “We want to show the people in our community that there is a resistance to what’s going on in our country right now and that we believe in a different kind of country,” she said.
