CALLICOON, NY — The Karen Hudson River Band will bring its Best of Linda Ronstadt Tour to the Western Inn from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, September 26.

The songs span Ronstadt’s career, from the Stone Poneys and on. Much of the material is from Ronstadt’s 1978 “Living in the USA” album, plus rock and country favorites.

Hudson has worked as a recording artist and country rock bandleader in New York City for decades and always covered classic Ronstadt songs during shows. She recently performed at Joe’s Pub with Joe McGinty’s legendary Loser’s Lounge Band, featuring Ronstadt’s music.

The show “will be a nostalgic trip down memory lane, looking back at a time when radio was way better, and that California country rock sound warmed you like the summer sun,” Hudson said.

Band members include Brendan Curley guitar), Jeremy Chatzky (bass), Clem Waldmann (drums), Karen Hudson (vocals and acoustic guitar) and Rebecca Turner (vocals).
