WESTERN SULLIVAN PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT, NY — There are ever-changing Medicare coverages of which many seniors are unaware. Local insurance agent Stephanie Margulies will examine how a senior can navigate the changes to Medicare as well as learning about the benefits that they may be eligible for. Sessions will be held in the Western Sullivan Public Library District; see below.
Some of the points discussed are:
Tap into programs to lower your prescription drug costs the easy way.
Learn how to find a Medicare plan that makes sense for you.
Do TV ads really tell you the truth about plans?
Utilize federal subsidies/programs to lower your Part B premium.
Learn about what to look for in a plan to have the suitable coverage you are looking for.
Sessions will be held on:
Friday, September 25 at 11 a.m. at the Jeffersonville Branch
Thursday, October 1 at 11 a.m. at the Callicoon Branch
Friday, October 2 at 11 a.m. at the Narrowsburg Branch
Registration is required for all programs, and drop-ins will be accommodated whenever possible.
