JEFFERSONVILLE, NY — Jeff Bank announced at its Organizational Meeting held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, the following promotions: Jill Cook to the role of vice president; and Lale Perez to the role of assistant vice president.

Jill Cook is the assistant controller and has been with the bank since 2010. Mrs. Cook is the secretary for the Literacy Volunteers of Sullivan County. Mrs. Cook holds a bachelor's degree in management from Binghamton University, a master's degree in accounting and a master's of business association from the University of Massachusetts. Mrs. Cook also earned her Certified Public Accountant certification in 2023.

Lale Perez is the branch nanager of the Anawana Lake office and has been with the bank since 2010. Mrs. Perez is a current board member of the Sullivan County Child Care Council, Inc. Mrs. Perez holds an associate's degree in accounting from SUNY Sullivan.
