Honesdale's Halloween

HONESDALE, PA — Decorated floats, costumed performers and a troop of fire-twirlers made their way down Honesdale’s Main Street on Tuesday, October 28, celebrating that most spooky of seasons—Halloween! People lined the streets to watch the festivities, dressed themselves in their most frightening of costumes.
