SCRANTON, PA — At a recent conference at the University of Scranton, 35 members of the Delaware Valley High School (DVHS) Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) qualified for a state competition in Hershey, PA.
In addition, DVHS student Vidhi Patel was voted the Region 22 president and fellow student Ava Troup was voted vice president.
All attendees at the conference learned key leadership and business skills during educational workshops provided by the Red Cross, Wilkes Barre RailRiders and Pennsylvania Enterprise Week, an FBLA press release noted.
The state competition will be held in April.
The qualifiers from Delaware Valley High School and the events in which they qualified are as follows:
