Livingston Manor, NY — As the Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum (CFFCM) prepares to welcome visitors and anglers for the upcoming trout fishing season, the organization is working with the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan (CFOS) to amplify the impact of the CFFCM Endowment Fund.
This collaboration aims to secure resources that will support critical initiatives, from educational programs and conservation efforts to enhancing visitor experiences at the museum and on its grounds. With spring on the horizon, both organizations are focused on ensuring a strong and sustainable future for the fly fishing community in the birthplace of American fly fishing.
“Spring is a time of renewal, and we’re inspired by the opportunities this season brings to deepen our connection with anglers, conservationists and the community,” said Anthony Magardino, president of CFFCM. “The partnership with the Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan empowers us to expand our work, from protecting trout habitats to engaging future generations with the traditions and environmental stewardship of fly fishing.”
Anglers, outdoor enthusiasts and community members are encouraged to contribute to the CFFCM Endowment Fund to help sustain these efforts. Donations can be made through the Community Foundation’s website at cfosny.org or by contacting the CFFCM directly.
