HONESDALE, PA — Wayne County District Attorney A.G. Howell announced the following cases were addressed by
the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge Wayne County Court on  February 6, 2025

BRANDON MARITATO, age 43, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Disorderly Conduct- Engage in Fighting and Defiant Trespass.

CHRISTOPHER VENTICINQUE, age 37, of Honesdale, PA was sentenced to no less than 5 months and 7 days nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Retail Theft- Take Merchandise, one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of Possession of Small Amount- Marijuana.

ROBERT BARR, age 53, of Honesdale, PA sentenced to no less than 33 days months nor more than 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person and one count of DUI- Controlled Substance & Incapable of Safe Driving.

ARIELLA KOLOSKI, age 35, of Honesdale, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 24 months on one count of Retail Theft.

DIANE ONEAL, age 55, of Lake Ariel, PA was placed on Probation for a period of 12 months on one count of Disorderly Conduct.

KIM FUNCK, age 39, of Lancaster, PA was sentenced to no less than 11 months nor more than 23 ½ months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Manufacture, Delivery or Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver- Heroin.
