John C. Boguski Sr., 88, of Waymart, PA, passed away February 8, 2026 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, PA. John was born March 21, 1937 in Simpson, PA. A memorial service was held February 14 at the Waymart Church in Waymart. Interment with military honors will be in the Cemetery at Canaan Corners in Waymart at a later date.

Dorothy I. Brown, 103, of Equinunk, PA, passed away February 11, 2026 at home. Dorothy was born June 5, 1922 in Lackawaxen, PA. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of her family. Interment will be in Pine Mill Cemetery in Manchester Township at a later date.

The funeral and celebration of life were held February 12 at Blooming Grove Baptist Church in Blooming Grove, PA. Burial followed at Lords Valley Cemetery, Lords Valley.

Eugene Paul Villaume, 99, of Honesdale, PA, passed away February 12, 2026 at Wayne Woodlands Manor in Waymart, PA. Eugene was born February 10, 1927 in Honesdale. A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 19 from 10 a.m. to noon at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 107 7th St. in Honesdale. The Masonic Lodge will conduct a service at noon, followed by the funeral service. Interment with military honors will be in the spring at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Honesdale.
