ROCK HILL, NY — The second annual breakfast with Santa took place December 15 in Rock Hill, for children in care from Sullivan County.

The Emerald Green Property Owners Association donated the venue, while volunteers from My Brother’s Keepers (MBK) and Court Appointed Special Advocates(CASA) helped out with the breakfast. The Dispute Resolution and the Sullivan County Youth Bureau funded the event, and about 60 children and the foster families attended. The gifts were donated by Walmart, the Sullivan County Bar Association, Dr. Mark Spina and Judge Mark Meddaugh.

Court Appointed Special Advocates are volunteers who advocate for children in care due to abuse or neglect. To volunteer or to learn more, contact Donna Ramlow, executive director, at 845/DRC-8771 ext. 5004 or visit drcser vices.org.
