CALLICOON, NY AND NARROWSBURG, NY — All are invited to drop into Western Sullivan Public Library for the new Collage Art program. Collage Art: Button Making will meet on Friday, October 9 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Callicoon Branch (45 Lower Main St., Callicoon), and Wednesday, October 21 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Narrowsburg Branch (198 Bridge St., Narrowsburg).

It’s a chance to explore a relaxing form of artistic expression that anyone can do: all you need is some scissors, glue and your imagination, the library said. “Make your own cards, bookmarks, journals, wall art and more using simple and sustainable materials.”

This month, the button machine will be used to make collage art that can be worn.

Participants can drop in any time or stay for the whole session—the last admission will be 30 minutes prior to the program’s end. All ages are welcome, and registration is encouraged.
