On July 24, 2014 State Police at Liberty received reports from motorists traveling on Route 17 in Sullivan County that a male subject was exposing his genitalia while driving. A Liberty based Trooper located and stopped the vehicle described in the reports.

Kip Bonsignor, age 40 of Hackensack, NJ was arrested and charged with Public Lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Town of Liberty Court and released.
