HONESDALE, PA — A.G. Howell, the Wayne County district attorney announced the following cases were addressed on April 18 by the Honorable Janine Edwards, President Judge of Wayne County Court:

Stephen Glatz, 30, of Greentown, PA, was sentenced to 3 months to 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI: Controlled Substance: Scheduled 1-1 st Offense, a misdemeanor.

Brian Gilson, 34, of Honesdale, PA, was sentenced to 21 months to 84 months incarcerated in a State Correctional Institution on one count of Criminal Use of a Communication Facility and one count of Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, both felonies.

Kristoffer Showver, 51, of Simpson, PA, was sentenced to 3 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility followed by 36 months on Probation on one count of DUI-Highest Rate, misdemeanor.

Andrew Gaudenzi, 37, of Scranton, PA, was sentenced to 10 days to 6 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of DUI, a misdemeanor.

Jacquelyn Biondo, 35, of Waymart, PA, was placed on probation for a period of 24 months on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, a misdemeanor.

Tiffani Bird, 25, of Lake Ariel, PA, was found to be in violation of her parole and was remanded to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for the remainder of her sentence, which ends May 5, 2027.

Jeremy Serbin, 31, of Greentown, PA, was found to be in violation of his probation and was sentenced to 4 months to 18 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility.

Robert Dolph, 34, of Simpson, PA, was found to be in violation of his parole and was remanded back to the Wayne County Correctional Facility for the remainder of her sentence, which ends February 17, 2027.

James Gerrity, 62, of Dunmore, PA, was sentenced to 12 months to 48 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Homicide by Vehicle and one count of Aggravated Assault by Vehicle, both felonies; one count of Involuntary Manslaughter and Recklessly Endangering Another Person, misdemeanors.

Jesse Trusky, 39, of Uniondale, PA, was sentenced to 38 days (time served) to 23.5 months incarcerated in the Wayne County Correctional Facility on one count of Flight to Avoid Apprehension, a misdemeanor.
