The New York State Police in Middletown announce the arrest of Charles Dunlap age 62, of St. Petersburg, Florida for Grand Larceny. Dunlap stole over $60,000 from the Orange County Youth Football League while he was treasurer from 2008 until 2012. Dunlap stole funds that were collected from the league to pay insurance for some of the children.

Dulap was charged with Grand Larceny 2nd, nine counts of Grand Larceny 3rd, seven counts of Grand Larceny 4th and four counts of Petit Larceny. He was arraigned by Orange County Justice Jeffrey Berry and released on his own recognizance.
