On 04-29-2013 at 9:30 am Honesdale Borough Police arrested Steve KOUSIS 50 years of age of the Honesdale area for violating a Protection From Abuse order.

Police allege KOUSIS violated the PFA by being in contact with the protected party and by being at the prohibited locations on 10th Street in Honesdale Borough.

KOUSIS was afforded a preliminary arraignment before Magistrate Ronald Edwards. After failing to post $1,000.00 bail KOUSIS was incarcerated in the WCCF.

A court appearance is forthcoming.
